• Attending regular meetings with Main Contractor and Consultant to discuss key issues related to the project and take effective corrective actions.
• Ensure all work and materials meet the contract specifications and standards.
• Document, monitor, track, and submit laboratory data.
• Coordinate and schedule field testing and performance QA/QC inspections.
• Monitor daily construction activities and materials delivered to the site.

a- Coordinate with project manager and resolve all queries for construction progress and ensure compliance to all safety procedures at site.
b- Working with construction teams including authorities, consultants, suppliers and sub-contractors, in conjunction with the Construction Manager, to understand what work needs to be performed, identifying issues that need escalation, and helping drive the parties for information to keep the project on track.
c- Coordination between subcontractors to ensure integration between them (MEP, Finishing, Civil, Lifts, Landscape, Façade, Laundry, Kitchen…etc.).
d- Review the drawings and specifications to ensure the computability and interfaces.
e- Supervise the Inspections and Testing as per Approved ITP’s, and ensure that the work is done as per the Specifications, Method Statements and Approved Shop Drawings by using the approved materials.
f- Establishes and conducts internal audits to insure quality control requirements are met.
g- Research and develop solutions to construction problems and conflicts through timely and accurate interpretation of contract documents.
h- Preparation, review and updating of system manuals and procedures.
i- Chair site meetings and distribute minutes to all project team members.

a- Review of shop drawings, material submittals, method statements and QA/QC documents.
b- Supervising the electric inspectors works On/Off site.
c- Attending the technical and progress meetings.
d- Ensuring that the project execution is in accordance with approved procedures,
project specification, requirements approved by the client, the applicable codes and
local regulations.
e- Review the sub Consultants drawings and specifications (IT, AV, CCTV…etc).

a- Supervise the implementation for all MEP works.
b- Review and evaluate technical submittals and shop drawings.
c- Attend all the regular meeting with the client and consultant.

b- Review the related E/M submittals to ensure compliance with the plans and specifications.

c- Fire alarm and its complementary branches (Door holders and door monitoring system).
d- Closed circuit TV and its controlling and monitoring system from two places.

Project: FOUR SEASONS HOTEL, CAIRO AT NILE PLAZA.
Job title: - QA/QC Senior Engineer.
The hotel scope of work: - The hotel consists of 438 key hotel suites and 72 large suites.
Actual building gross floor areas are 142, 000 sm distributed on 29 floors above ground, 6 floors podium and 4 basement floors.
Responsibilities and duties:-
a- Preparing and issuing the QA/QC basic documents and forms such as Quality plan and ITP’s.
b- Review of submittals and standard work methods to verify the compliance with specification.
c- Supervise the installation, tests, inspection and snagging of Mock up room.
d- Remote the installations on site to detect any nonconformities and following up the instructed corrective action and recurrence prevented.
e- Off site inspections for local manufacturers to investigate their quality procedures and fulfilling the consultant comments on material transmittals.
f- Close out site instructions and NCR’s and reply to consultant letters.
g- Attending coordination and technical meetings.

Interior lighting, Power system, 11KV switch gears, Transformers, Fire alarm system, Security system, BMS, Central satellite system and CCTV system.
