1-Studying the contract conditions and terms to be able to -respond the project contractual responding .
2- issuance of the notification of claims ( for the events that include time or cost impact )
3-responding all the contractual responding such as those related to the rejected variations that we (the contractor ) have the merit in it .
4-analysis of the activities in the updated schedule ( with co-operation with the planner )that led to a sleepage ( delay ) in the base line schedule and determining that if it is occurred due to an own.er caused 'delay event or due to contractor caused ' delay one ( our side ) or both of them ( concurrent delay ) to expect the owner response before issuance for the claim .
5-claim ( E.O.T & overhead cost ) preparation with co-ordination with the planning department and cost control department .
6-controlling the project scope and analyzing all the design change notices or field change notice to determine if it is inside the scope or out of the scope to issue a new scope claim notification
to review the monthely payment and variation orders supmittals .*
to reply on the contractual respondings *
to manage all the technical issues in the project- infrastructure field
