Supervise and coordinate the MEP works for onsite
in Hotels operation, I am
providing the technical assist to the consultant
especially in preparing the design and selecting of
kitchen & Laundry (Equipment & Circulation).
• Value Engineering as my global experience I have tha
abilty to provide some cheap solutions without
effecting the performance of systems.
• Tendering & evaluation of contractors offers.
• Contracting for MEP works.
• Preparing the time schedule with contractor & cash
flow with accounting department.
• Site visits & coordination meetings.
• Direct Purchasing items as (Pumps, Kitchen
Equipment, Laundry …..).
• Preparing the design of utilities (power Plant - sewage
treatment - R.O).
• Supper vise & Monitor for the performance of the
hotels engineering department & the Utility Operation
department.
• FF&E Budgeting: - revising-analyzing-technical &
finance approvals.
• Reviewing all monthly technical reports as owner
representative.
• Upgrading the Hotels Maintenance Performance:
Planning, updating, and modifying the engineer’s team
for all the group sectors.
Responsible for electrical control panels.
• Responsible for daily maintenance for boats and top
overhaul of diesel engines.
