• Responsible for Planning the goals of the company (sales - costs - customer satisfaction, staff satisfaction) in
its restaurants.
• Participate in the development of the estimated budget for the restaurants as well as the Employment Plan
• Verify that the actions and policies of the company fully implemented.
• Ensure availability of all standard conditions and occupational health of workers and raw materials,
processing and preparation places and places of service for the guests, internally and externally
• Ensure that all standards of quality products target the cleanliness of the restaurant, which help in customer
satisfaction, are done efficiency.
• Consulting and follow the implementation of programs that improve customer demand in terms of
accuracy, quality, speed, service.
• Follow up and supervise the complaints of clients to make sure that the necessary speed and quality
requirements are taken.
• Doing a report for the analysis of aberrations in the required objectives and make recommendations for action
• Verify the efficiency of the performance level of employees in accordance with quality standards approved
• Follow up the daily business on the restaurants, and try to correct any error immediately.
• Ensure that the employment needs are met in a timely and cost-specific.
• Make recommendations on requirements, training and raise efficiency and helps to create a second line of
each level.
