• Participate in the development of the estimated budget for the restaurants as well as the Employment Plan

• Verify the efficiency of the performance level of employees in accordance with quality standards approved
• Follow up the daily business on the restaurants, and try to correct any error immediately.
• Ensure that the employment needs are met in a timely and cost-specific.
• Make recommendations on requirements, training and raise efficiency and helps to create a second line of
each level.
