•Designed and executed new employee's orientation program including site visits and departments/products inductions.

Training:
•Managed the TNA process for the office employees through employees PA and departments management and maintained records of all certificates after training for an accurate database.
•Optimized the training budget and funds utilization by implementing a bi-annual data analysis with finance department data integration.
•Solved the external training provider’s performance gaps by implementing a vendor management tool to track their performance and feedback to suggest solutions for improvement.
•Simplified the international offshore rig crew training schedule in Gabon and Saudi Arabia by applying a SPOC per cluster of rig location and delegates home countries.
•Reduced the external training cost by managing the external training invoicing and PO issuing process and creating a healthy competition environment among our suppliers through the quarterly supplier service standardized review tool.
•Achieved a high rate of delegates satisfaction by deploying and maintaining several internal customer/ trainee’s relation and satisfaction platforms on the company portal, hotlines and social media.
Organizational Development:
•Worked directly with the HR director on writing policies and procedures for both the training and HR activates like High value training policy, HR for HR and the internal knowledge transfer program for all departments.
•Designed and implemented fast track programs for some positions.
Personnel:
•Coordinated employee’s paperwork working on the international and offshore rigs. (plane tickets, accommodation, Panama marine passports for the offshore rigs & visa issuing)
Recruiting:
•Designed the 1st summer trainee program with the HR director in the company and was the person in charge of implementing this program procedures as Follow:
•Writing the JD and requirements for each position needed for different departments
•Posting vacancies on different platforms (external and internal)
• Screening the CVs received
• Interviewing potential candidates and advice the department managers
•Follow up each week on the trainee’s progress by conducting a meeting with the trainees to discuss their progress and learning and the feedback received from the mentor’
•Report the performance of each trainee to the departments managers.
