● Support Fax System and PRI Circuits .
● System Automation for deploying windows OS and New programs installations

, Aruba Access Points, Bluecoat )
● Manage all IT contracts with suppliers
● Prepares a plan for replacement and renewal of computer by study the departments and

● Support three factories in El Asher plant .(All Pasta Sector ) .
● Support about 30 branch about 100 person in Maleka Branches all over the country
(Software, Hardware and network).
● Support about 70 person in Afia Distributors all over the country (Software, Hardware
and network).
● First line support for all Oracle Modules Inquiries in El Maleka factory .
● Support all inquiries from EL Menya Site (AUCR) .
● Manage All call collector software in all BUs .

1. Monitor & Provide 1st&2nd Level Support for Transmission Equipment
(OSNs, METRO, and PTNs) and Transmission Link (E1s/E3s/STM1s) failures.
2. Monitor & Provide 1st Level Support for NE-40, NE-20, IP
DSLAMs, ATM DSLAMs, ATM Switches, Access Servers, and Access Routers
3. Providing both 1st level & 2nd level support for Network Tickets to
Ensures service restoration and this may include the following:
1. Configuration of IP/ATM DSLAMs (Cards, Trunks, PVCs,
VLANs…)
2. Configuration and operation of Transmission equipment
(OSN, METRO, PTN).
3. Configuration of ATM switches (Trunks, Uplink ports…)
4. Direct contribution in some Network related activities (Bw Upgrade,
Traffic Transfer...).
5 .Responsible to carry out some Access & Core Team functions with Relevant members of these teams.
6 Follow Up new transmission installation with Network Deployment
Teams and apply required configuration.
7. Guiding FM in site till solving problem to the end.
8. Monitor the Network Equipments performance using special tools
to be fully aware and updated with the network status for prompt
actions when needed.
9. Keeping all stakeholders notified of any experienced Network
Failure.
10. Interfacing with Telecom Egypt to solve Transmission Link failures.
11. Interfacing with MISP TE Resources Team regarding TE related
issues.
12. Coordination and follow-up on all Planned Outage tickets with
other concerned teams
13. Responsible for keeping daily Configuration Backups of DSLAMs.
14. Follow up Network Deployment teams weekly plans.
15. Periodic Operational Checks by testing network performance with
network probes.

Education • Faculty of Electronic Engineering ( Menoufia University ) 2011 Graduated from Department of Computer Science and Engineering with grade Good Graduation Project " ATTS " with grade Distinct : “Automatic Traffic Ticket System” ATTS is a smart traffic system that allows traffic tickets to be recorded electronically and sent to the Traffic Department. The project includes both Hardware/Software to accomplish this task. Hardware part consists of various sensors attached to the vehicle to get some measurements like speed and direction where a USB interface is used to connect sensors to the system. Software part has client/server programs such that client application resides on the vehicle while server application resides at Traffic Department. Client application receives traffic rules from the server according to the current vehicle location. By comparing it with current vehicle status obtained from the sensors, it decides whether the vehicle is violating the rules or not and issues a ticket accordingly to send it back to the server and be recorded on the server database.
