The Operators are well known names as Marriott International under Brand names (“Marriott Executive Apartments”, “Marriott Residence Inn”, “Renaissance Hotel” and “Courtyard Hotel”), Retaj Hotels & Hospitality under Brand name “Retaj Suites and Residence” and Oberoi Hotels and Resorts under Brand name “The Oberoi - Doha“ .

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Manage day to day Site operations & facilitate Project correspondences and act as a liaison between participates.
• Monitor and review Main Contractor’s & Subcontractors’ baseline, progress updates, and mitigation programs as required including FF&E Procurement Fit Out schedule.
• Collaborate with all project teams (contracts, planning, QS, QC, HSE, procurement, technical, finance, logistics, construction, & subcontractors).
• Coordination with Client’s Representative, Project Management, Consultants and Hotels Operators.
• Review and evaluate project documents including Technical specifications, Contract Agreements, Cost forecasted budgets, & Construction programs, in order to identify and total control the projects boundaries.
• Prepare and attend all meetings with project team, Hotels operators and stakeholders.
• Review, Control and evaluate the Main Contractor & Subcontractors’ notices of claim, variation orders & Extension of Time.

1-Bahrain Financial Harbor
A large-scale commercial development in Manama with US$ 230M Contract Value. Total Built-up area is 300, 000m2 of Prime Bahrain Waterfront property, featuring high specification office spaces, in terms of design, leading technology, and luxury residential accommodation. The two tallest Twin Towers are currently listed as the tallest completed towers in Bahrain.
2-Pearl Towers (Abraj Al Lulu)
The project consists of 3 towers, located next to the Lulu roundabout. Total built up area is approximately 210, 000 m2. “Abraj Al Lulu” is a unique project of 862 Hotel apartments in 3 towers, along with 1100 car parking. There are 2 identical towers of 49 floors each (approximately 200 m. height), while the 3rd tower consists of 40 floors. Contract Value: BHD 95 M (US$ 252M)
3-Marina West Residential Development - Budaiya
Marina West comprises 10 residential towers and five-star hotel ranging in height from 20 to 32 floors, with total built up area of 360, 000 m2, including the podium of two floors.

4-“Villamar” at the Harbor
First residential development at the Bahrain Financial Harbor. The US$ 380 M project consists of three Twisted Towers between 44 and 55 stories, in addition to other facilities such as health club, spa, s swimming pools, and 4 stories of podium area. The project was constructed on a reclaimed island of 35, 000 m2 and the gross built up area is approximately 280, 000 m2.
5-Reef Island
The project is located at the heart of Manama to be an icon in Bahrain, consists of 8 elite residential buildings, 49 beach villas, and 14 luxury villas of 78, 000 m2 built up area.
