Ensure timely submission of professional financial reports (BS, P&L &CF,
QBR, RQF, TCO, NWC)
Prepare and recommend rolling forecast as request by APMT.
Responsible for Audit Questionnaire for all reporting related matters.
Produce monthly management accounts with detailed variance analysis to
assist effective management decision making, and suggest improvements,
enhancements to reporting to reach mature, industry related, reporting
standards.
Assists in the preparation of the annual budget, quarterly review reporting and
providing input for strategy development.
Interacts with banks and prepares the Funds Flow Reports; analyzes and
recommend the need of transfers to eliminate the possibility of idle funds.
Prepares Funds Utilization and forecast after taking into account the present
bank balances, expected receipts and projected payments.

Ensure proper review of all general ledger accounts, accounts payable
transactions ensuring accuracy of coding, data entry, and accurate payment of
invoices.
Review monthly bank reconciliation for all receivable / payable / cash; verifies
accuracy of bank statements and resolve questions or problems; maintains
integrity of cash balances and cash flow systems.
Provides supervision and direction for subordinates including the following:
1.When openings occur in the department, interviews and recommends
qualified candidates for staffing requirements.
2.Provides direction and instruction to subordinate staff, providing regular
feedback and regular appraisals.
3.Counsels subordinates, up to and including discipline or termination
recommendations.
The impact of this position will primarily be to ensure proper funds
management by the terminal leading to improvements in the overall financial
performance

commitments agreements collaterals restricted money or any other issue that
would affect disclosures to the financial statements.
•Follow up on foreign Exchange rates and LIBOR maturity on daily basis.
Monitoring those rates and takes necessary action or deals to minimize or
costs e.g. .hedging.
•Coordinate with different departments e.g. Purchasing Department to plan
their needs in order to provide adequate fund upon need.
•Will be responsible for the preparation of the LCs and settlement of both LCs
in addition to incoming bills of collection.
•Arranging with preparing documents officer to present export documents to
the bank, which we used to supply its purchases.
•Following up on issuance and cancellation of banks guaranties.
•Prepare reports for top managements regarding to market expectation
(foreign currencies exchanges).
•Researching and reconciling exception items.
