Engaging in the delivery of projects that help enhance customers business based around VMware’s product suites, specifically in the virtualization and cloud space.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
• Deliver technical leadership and guidance in the installation, configuration and implementation of VMware products and technologies.
• Architecting and design enterprise level IT architectural solutions utilizing VMware’s core virtualization and cloud offerings.
• Plan, design, build & deliver core infrastructure solutions to satisfy customer needs.
• Provide a sound, constructive and understanding approach to client problems.
• Offer an innovative approach to solving client problems for the betterment of the client and the advancements of VMware solutions.
• Contributing to the progression of the professional services team by advising best practices and delivering the best possible solutions.
• Build and maintain the confidence of colleagues and customers.

• Architecting servers’ virtualization using VMware vSphere technology to achieve consolidating 250 physical servers into 10 blade hosts, offering high availability and increased efficiency.
• Fulfilling the Boeing 787 Aircraft systems’ security requirements by preparing a Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) that consists of hierarchical Certificate Authorities.
• Implementing IT disaster recovery plan and managing storage area network.
• Migrating RJ’s 1200 PCs workgroup into Active Directory Domain network.
• Building high availability SQL 2008 R2 cluster.
• Administrating RJ SharePoint Portals and Citrix XenApp Farm.
• Deploying centralized Kaspersky antivirus management.

Also supporting and maintaining of: email servers, ISA/TMG firewalls, VPN, proxy, ADSL and wireless RADIUS authentication and conducting vulnerability management.

QAIA requires around the clock IT Support, the ability to work under pressure and providing quick effective solutions to a wide range of technical problems; covering Cisco wireless LANs and VoIP Telephony, IER Boarding and Tag printers, Windows XP Workstations, and Remote Administration skills.

This Job required dealing with users of different backgrounds, and with a verity of problems related to hardware, software and network troubleshooting. In addition to providing remote support to RJA outstations around the world.

Marketing, Installation, and Solution Development of a Fleet Tracking & Management System. This system is based mainly on GPS for tracking and GSM for communications between the programmable controller in the vehicle and the base station.

Then, became responsible for Marketing, Installation, and Technical Support of STM Satellite Communication Devices (VSAT) for the purposes of voice and data communications in both Jordan and Iraq.
