Performed tests on carbon-nanotubes (CNT) solutions under the supervision of Dr. Emad El Najjar. The research was carried out to study the effect of adding carbon-nanotubes to cooling fluids and their effect on transmitting heat and thermal conductivity.
Worked with professors in the Engineering Thermodynamics course as grader for assignments and asked to offer office hours for students.
Worked with other engineers in maintaining logging tools and applying service to company equipment such as monitors, control panels and oil production tools.
Conducted performance tests on different type of biofuels made by UAE University under the supervision of Dr. Emad El Najjar. The aim was to
find how different biofuels would perform under similar conditions using a
4-strokes diesel engine. The biofuels were added to the engine while the engine
load was changed. Fuel consumption, exhaust temperature, energy produced, exhaust gasses composition and amount of solid particles in it were the main recorded data.
Performed experiments on biofuels and industrial oils and tested them using a single cylinder diesel engine under the supervision of Dr. Mohamad Younes . The changed parameters were torque (throttle valve), rotational speed and ignition time. The performance of these biofuels were monitored and compared with each other and to normal diesel fuel on bases of fuel consumption, energy produced exhaust temperature.
