8- Make the repair estimation and contact with costumer toexplain the nature of services and how to repair it and try toreduce the cost of spare parts with high quality.
9-Prepare the external purchase order and outer services ifnecessary.
10-Maintain records andtechnicalreports as necessary andfor our reference.

1- Work in the field of maintenance of the following earth moving equipment and handling equipment (Komatsu shovel & excavator & forklift, CAT shovel & excavator & forklift, FURUKAWA shovel, TOYOTA forklift and special chicken machine) and MAN trucks (model TGA 18.410 and TGA 19.400 and TGS 21.400).
2- Using MAN CATS II and III to check the status of MAN trucks and make troubleshooting for default and calibrate the clutch system and accelerator, and using MAN TIS to order spare parts
3- Using CAT SIS for CAT equipment to make troubleshooting and order spare parts.
4- Managing and planning maintenance schedules and budgets.
5- Determine the spare parts of annual and daily and follow- up purchase orders.
6- Reading the workshop manual to identify the problem of the vehicle and troubleshoot the problem.

4- Planning, directing and controlling the efforts of the Maintenance Team.

5- Supervising and planning of outsourced repairs and maintenance.
6- Work in the field of maintenance of the following vehicles and equipment (MAN trucks & mixer and Mercedes trucks & mixers, Komatsu shovel & excavator & forklift, CAT shovel & excavator & forklift, Hyundai shovel & excavator, and light vehicles.

1- Assessing required maintenance tools and skills required for efficient maintenance of equipment.
2- Assessing required skills required for maintenance personnel.
3- Assessing and reporting safety hazards associated with maintenance of equipment.
4- Maintenance filed in Terminals Equipment & Heavy Engine.
