• Using the SAP HCM software for more than 5 years in HR, payroll and FI modules.
• Managed Payroll for Egypt, UAE, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain & MEA Cluster Company.
• Establish maintain routines and manuals for payroll processing including Internal controls
• Manage the monthly payroll run for all assigned companies, Payroll processing in an effective manner.
• Define, manage and improve service interfaces with customers
• Demonstrate strong service delivery focus
• Supervise Junior HR Administrators
• Prepare analysis and reports
• Follow up the development and implement corporate guidelines
• Contribute to process and system improvements

• Responsible of the company file at the Social Security ex: GOSI (KSA), Pension Fund (UAE)..Etc. Which including but not limited to unsure adding/deleting/updating/maintaining the employee’s data/file.
• Reimburse HR related bills according to entitlement, process payment vouchers for HR related services like training, recruitment invoices, insurance, etc, and charge Group companies as per advice.
• Assist, both internal as well as external auditors to enable them to complete the audit procedures smoothly and as per schedule.
• Prepare and submit periodically, reports relating to salary claim reimbursements, final settlement accounts etc., for proper allocation & accounting.
• Drive Process Standardization and Optimization covering the process principles and the GSS UAE Roadmap Details (if required): ex; Implementation C-Ontact, Completeness of HR Payroll Processes, SAP Orchid Implementation, Supervising New SARF (Salary Authorization Review Form), reporting ex: Quarterly accruals, Manage Delegates Cost Rechargers.
• Establish a structured Knowledge database / Knowledge management:
• Establish work Instructions for essential Payroll Processes.
• Increase the Customer Satisfaction due to delivering a high quality, high service attitude and high service level fulfillment
• Establish a trustful collaboration and leadership culture within the Teams.
