Maintaining client relationships, maintaining the company’s policies and procedures and updating them as necessary, managing cash flow, overseeing preparation of annual budget, monthly variance statements and annual audit, managing the utilization of project assets, ensuring proper quality control of construction activities and assessing risk associated with project activities to ensure high safety practices at all times employed during construction and liaise with sub-consultants to coordinate all aspect of required project deliverables.

Senior Manager and Client Representative in the Major Projects Department, responsible for project management and detailed design of all Dubai Holding projects, provide guidance to construction supervision team, coordinates with Dubai Local Authorities on all issues related to the construction of infrastructure, residential and mixed-use development,
My roles include managing the Transportation Master plan (TMP) and Utility Master plan (UMP) and providing support to developers/entities management teams in engineering and technical issues.

Project: BOOT Project, Egypt. Design and construction of two Highways “Cairo - Ain Soukhna 115Km and Helwan - Korimat 85Km” as well as the development of land around these two roads into various residential, industrial, agriculture and tourism schemes.
