• Develop and assess concept designs, shop drawings, cable routing layouts, and
sectional views for all required low-voltage (LV) and extra-low-voltage (ELV)
systems.
• Develop and assess single-line diagrams (SLDs), load schedules, block diagrams,
and general arrangement (GA) drawings for electrical panels, including power
and control circuits, termination diagrams (TCDs), system interconnections, and
typical installation drawings for field devices.
• Develop and assess design calculations, including voltage drop, short circuit
studies, cable sizing, busbar selection, UPS, batery, diesel generator, and
transformer selection, ensuring adherence to specifications.
• Develop and assess illumination studies for both interior and exterior
applications, including normal and emergency lighting scenarios.
• Develop and assess coverage studies for fire alarm, CCTV, and PAGA systems,
utilizing both manual methods and specialized software.
• Develop and assess earthing calculations, lightning protection system risk
assessment reports, and associated installation drawings.
• Develop and assess bill of materials (BOM) breakdowns and cost sheets for all
required materials, comparing them with contractual quantities to identify
variations or potential cost variances at project completion.
• Review and comment on supplier submitals and assist during inspection and
testing stages
• Provide expert review and commentary on supplier submitals, and offer
support during inspection and testing phases.
• Oversee supplier relationships, generate RFQs, evaluate techno-commercial
proposals, lead supplier negotiations, develop multi-vendor cost comparison
analyses, expedite the approval process through follow-up, ensure adherence
to delivery schedules, achieve budgetary objectives in collaboration with the
SCM and cost control departments, and maximize net profit.
• Conduct inspections of delivered material samples to verify compliance with
quality standards and specifications.
• Collaborate with the implementation team, providing necessary support
through RFIs, RFPs, and other relevant channels.
• Engage with clients to facilitate clarification and approval processes.
• Design and generate comprehensive reports to effectively communicate key
business KPIs, including work progress, financial status, BAC, EAC, AC, EV, CV,
VAC, ETC, target gross profit, and total expected profit.
• Demonstrate proficiency in the preparation of EPS, OBS, WPS, time schedules,
and project activity relationships using Primavera P6.

• Serve as the primary liaison between the site team and consultants, overseeing
electrical work, reviewing Work Inspection Reports (WIRs) prior to release, and
ensuring inspection flexibility, accuracy, and client satisfaction.
• Manage Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) and Site Acceptance Test (SAT)
documentation, providing comments as necessary.
• Inspect delivered materials, review associated certificates, and verify compliance
reports against technical specifications.
• Offer technical support for Low Voltage (LV) and Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems,
including but not limited to Lighting, Power, Tel/DATA, CCTV, Fire Alarm (FA),
Access Control Systems (ACS), Public Address, and Building Management Systems
(BMS).
• Collaborate directly with the site team and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to
approved shop drawings within the constraints of site conditions.
• Distribute all necessary documentation to subcontractors and vendors, and
conduct follow-ups to expedite the execution process.
• Maintain regular communication with the owners representative and
subcontractors to facilitate project clearance and expedite progress.

• Support the team lead in project planning, furnishing comprehensive data and
information to facilitate timely contractor package placement and adherence to
the cost management plan.
• Perform material estimations, generate Purchase Requisitions (PRs), and manage
follow-up activities to secure Purchase Order (PO) release.
• Develop conceptual designs and shop drawing layouts for the Public Address and
General Alarm (PAGA) system.
• Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM) breakdowns, Functional Design Specifications
(FDS), load schedules, block diagrams, typical drawings, Rack General Arrangement
(GA) drawings, installation drawings, and interconnection/wiring diagrams.
• Conduct comprehensive sound coverage studies for both indoor and outdoor areas
utilizing cadnaA software.
• Generate project engineering submitals and calculations to ensure compliance
with technical specifications and address consultant feedback.
• Supervise a draftsman, ensuring adherence to company quality standards.
• Inspect delivered materials, review associated certificates, and assess compliance
reports to verify alignment with quality and pre-defined specifications.
• Review and provide feedback on supplier submitals, as required, and offer
assistance during inspection and testing phases.
• Manage Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) documentation for workshop inspections.

• Conduct thorough inspections of received materials to verify adherence to
technical and quality specifications.
• Develop comprehensive drawing and engineering documentation for both
conceptual and detailed designs, including but not limited to Bills of Materials
(BOMs), block diagrams, functional design specifications, shop drawings, power
consumption analyses, general arrangement and wiring diagrams, voltage drop
studies, short circuit studies, and cable sizing calculations.
• Generate calculations and installation drawings for lightning protection systems.
• Create lighting layouts, power layouts, and associated lighting calculations for both
interior and exterior applications.
• Produce Single Line Diagrams (SLDs), riser diagrams, typical drawings, and control
systems wiring schematics.

• Develop comprehensive shop drawings for both Low Voltage (LV) and Extra Low
Voltage (ELV) systems, incorporating detailed design specifications.
• Conduct cable routing design, including sectional views illustrating cable
arrangements.
• Perform voltage drop calculations, short circuit studies, and cable sizing analyses.
• Execute lighting calculations for both interior and exterior spaces utilizing Dialux
software.
• Create power system layouts, load schedules, and single-line diagrams.
• Formulate a conceptual design for the fire alarm system, adhering to NFPA-92 code
standards.
• Develop conceptual designs for low-current systems, encompassing telephone,
data, and CCTV, along with riser diagrams.
• Prepare conceptual designs for earthing systems and lightning protection systems.
