Establish, implement & Maintain HSE management system of the Company in accordance with ISO 14001 and BS OHSAS 18001.
Establish and Implement HSE plans and procedures for projects considering client and company requirements.
Provide project sites with supplement HSE inspections/audits and report the status to the Manager.
Define, monitor and report HSE performance statistics to the Manager.
Participate in all HSE incidents/accidents Investigation and recommend preventive actions.
Coordinate and conduct HSE training /orientation for all employees as per Company HSE training plan.
Prepare proper Answers for tenders' prequalification questionnaires
Coordinate supply chain issues related to HSE such as (PPE, Life safety Equipment, Tools Equipment and HSE Signage System) HSE Specs.
Assist Project management in risk assessment process and operational control methodology.
Participate in HSE organization Establishing (Organization Chart, Job description and career path).
Prepare Minutes of meeting and report for management review meeting for HSE Management system.
Attend Third parties external audits for company certification.
HSE Engineer For several sites:
1- Power House Company
2- National Cancer Institute
3- Citex telecommunications
4- Power System Projects
Duties and Responsibilities
Establishing, Implementing and maintain management systems for HSE against OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001 standards.
Participate in assessing risks related to company scope.
Implementing company HSE PTW procedures.
Participate In incident investigation and reporting.
Conducting HSE related training and orientation.
Establish and implement company Emergency preparedness and response plan.
Ensure that all operational controls are implemented and maintained.
provide advice regarding lifting operations and working at heights.
Daily site HSE Inspections.
Implement company HAZCOM program.
Shift Engineer
Responsible for:
leading Mechanical, Electrical, masonry maintenance services.
Participate in Annual Preventative maintenance program.
leading a special Program for (legionell bacteria) Control program.
help Hotel to pass all external audits from E-Cristal company and other companies.
HSE Engineer
Responsible for:
Establishing, Implementing and maintaining the company HSE procedures.
Daily inspection for operations and activities.
Lead HSE Technicians to achieve HSE targets.
Conduct Hotel Risk Assessment and PTW for all operations and Activities.
Establish Hotel Hazard Communication Program for water treatment Stations, Boilers and Swimming pools chemical and Biological hazards.
Operate and maintain the hotel Fire alarm and Firefighting Networks.
Conducting HSE related Training's and Orientations.
Communicating with Local authorities such as labor Ministry (HSE office), civil protection and Environmental Agency.
Take a part in Water treatment operations as A chemist.
Responsible for:

To conduct training of lab principle to new comers.
70% Biological Science (Botany, Microbiology and Zoology) 30% other Science branches such as (Chemistry, Physics, Geology, Mathematics, Statistics and Computer Science).
