Develop and implement the company HSE protection strategies and action plans, to ensure corporate sustainable development.
Set the organizational sustainability targets, and develop plans to meet those targets and oversee their delivery;
Review the new projects documents and standards to prepare the project HSE business risk register;
Provide the advice to the company management regarding the project risks and the risk management strategies;
Provision and prepare the required HSE plans, documents, statistics during the tendering and prequalification phase and fill out the required safety questionnaires.
Provision of all required HSE plans, documents, instruction for the new projects and communicate it to the concerned and interested parties;
Prepare the HSE plans, instructions and risk assessment are developed in compliance with company policies and procedures as well as client requirements for the new and existing projects;
Provide the required support to projects and operation teams in the technical aspects of managing the HSE during the project phases;
Managing and /or attend the kick-off, planning and client meetings as required;
Participate in establish, implement and maintain HSE management system of the company in accordance with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
Manage HSE statistic reporting, management review reports and provide regular safety performance reporting / dash board to the HSE department manager and the concerned parties;
Conduct HSE periodical assessments for the company premises and prepare the findings and gaps action plans and report it to the concerned and interested parties;
Follow up the HSE action plans among the company premises and report the deviations to the management;
Managing the HSE supply chain issues include the required equipment, devices, consultancy and subcontracting services.
Managing the HSE prequalification process in addition to participation in the HSE external audits.
Participate in the accident investigation, preparing the report, corrective action plans and follow the action implementation with the concerned parties;
Attend the periodical management meeting to discuss the HSE issues and proposals;
Participate in the company HSE training plan development and take a part in HSE internal training and orientation;
Participate in HSE culture enhancement with the HSE team through developing of the lesson learned, alerts and the other awareness tips;
Develop and implement a regulatory tracking system which complies with applicable laws that related to Health and Safety;
Implementing disciplinary action and reward system to control and improve company’s HSE performance;
Managing the HSE section team to achieve the annual department targets and the company HSE objectives;
Enhance the HSE team competencies and qualifications through personnel development plans identification and implementation;
Provide the required support to Projects and Operation teams in the technical aspects of health management during the project Phases;
Implementing an effective emergency program within the company’s premises through collaboration with engineering, facilities and construction departments in order to prepare and analyze the Emergency Preparedness and response needs; and
Monitoring the safety driving rules and the implementation of driving procedure.
