• SKEC ( Jazan Refinery- USD 17 Million ) Saudi Arabia - 2015, The project was 6, 500 tons of steel pipes, fittings and structural supports . 380, 000 welding Dia-inch’s with 9, 000 ISO.
• Samsung engineering ( Carbon black Delay coker -USD 22 Million) Abu Dhabi 2014 to 2015 The project was 9, 000 tons of steel pipes, fittings and structural supports . 630, 000 welding Dia-inch’s with 16, 000 ISO.
• Hands on planning and establishment of CB&I EPM piping fabrication shop over 206, 000 m2 and 140, 000 of welding dia per year .overseeing all civil work- sub contractors, design shop capacity, required power, machines, gases .
• Reviewing of the various (Americans) (Koreans), (Europeans) engineering design, piping material and technical submittals, fabrication Procedures, Project Schedules, test procedures, method statements, of the piping fabrication, testing and coating.
• Coordinating & Implementing continuous Quality Surveillance of Receiving Piping Material on yard, Pipe Fabrication in the shop, Coordinating the Inspection of Pipe Welding with Welding Inspectors and NDT crews.
• Overseeing the Fabrication, and welding of CS, LTCS, SS, Duplex and super duplex , alloy steel piping spools from 0.5” to 108” and wall thickness up to 70mm.
• Overseeing and Guiding production department on Allocation of material, man power and equipment for daily work activities.
Achievements :
• Increased production capacity by 15% by redefining and restructuring work flows which enabled the company to consistently meet or exceed promised manufacturing and delivery turnaround times and enabled the company to more accurately forecast and more capable of accommodating demand fluctuations.
