Develop and implement strategic medical directions within key therapeutic areas.
• Drive & develop the medical programs & campaigns aligned with business objectives.
• Design, develop and execute medical awareness & educational programs to maximize
disease area penetration.
• Develop and organize medical activities, such as Local & regional workshops, scientific
symposia, local & Int’l speakers’ tours. Identify disease area/customers’ medical needs
and exchange inputs.
• Participate and develop Key Opinion Leader’s (KOL’s) & Health Authorities partnership
programs.
• Design and execute advisory boards for respective therapeutic areas.
• Participate in the audit preparedness aiming at obtaining a clean audit report.
• Data generation and dissemination; being a coauthor for 2 publications (Efficacy of
Ceftazidime-Avibactam in the Treatment of Infections due to Carbapenem-Resistant
Enterobacteriaceae and Antifungal Resistance in Patients with Candidemia: A
Retrospective Cohort Study) and ongoing 4 other publication.
• Established partnership with MoH, CDC and Key stockholders for development and
implementation of antimicrobial stewardship, major depressive disorders (MDD) center of
excellence and patient awareness programs.
• Products Pre launches; demonstrated clinical value and product differentiation in
increasingly well- established or new therapeutic areas, scientific & evidence leadership,
organizational knowledge building & performance optimization, coordinated & needs-
based external stakeholder engagement for launch products that leads to early access for
patients, products value preposition and early enlisting for MoH drug formulary (Cardura
XL, Zavicefta, biosimilars Nivestim & Zinforo)
• Country medical digital champion; Pfizer Saudi portal launched in 2016, 1st in AfME rep
triggered email champions (Mar 2016), co-developing digital channels template built up
and Pfizer Pro-article summaries updates (unbranded Medical Content), supporting Pfizer
Medical info website launch at Pfizer Saudi portal.
• Regional Project; Successful preparation and conduction of Pfizer FOCUS summit, May

• Ensure strategic leadership in developing and executing country Medical Affairs strategy.
• Manage Saudi medical team, supervise senior managers, medical managers, MSL & MQO
and ensure the team engagement and productivity, medical ethic and compliance.
• Engage and motivate team members to develop and advance their capability and career.
• Accountable for developing and executing medical operating plan with highest quality.
• Accountable for optimal project and budget managements.
• Collaborate with regional Medical Affairs, and as appropriate, Commercial Development,
Clinical Development, research, and other cross-functional teams in driving country
strategic direction for Brands.
• Ensure high quality and high impactful medical to medical engagement and
communication.
• Partnership with Saudi local authorities to develop projects that shaping external
environment and leading scientific conversation.
