Developing & Managing
• Planning & managing new ERPs Programs for HR & Admin Depts.
• Advising management on the administration of human resources policies and procedures
• Serving as internal consultants by analyzing a company’s current HR programs and recommending solutions.
• Developing, revising, and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Ensuring HR programs and services are in compliance with established policies and procedures and country laws and regulations.

• Payroll: Preparation of employees Monthly payroll, calculating annual vacations & yearly increments, OVT sheets, EOS compensation using payroll software.
• Recruitment: Carry out the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates conducting initial assessments, 1st line interviews and offers as well as coordinating the mobilization and on boarding Process. Search for new recruitment sources.
• Insurance: Issuing and renewing the insurance policies for company (medical, social “GOSI”, vehicles, fixed assists, etc….)
• Administrative: Handling day to day administrative work such (iqamas renewal, issuing re-entry, final exit, commercial & business visas, hotels & flight booking, reviewing payment invoices for admin Dept, etc…)
• Organization Developing: by updating procedures, policies & make recommendations to management concerning such issues as staffing decisions and procedural changes. Making balance between Depts budget & business needs.
• Cost Controlling: by monitoring, Analyzing, tracking most expenses & payments related to admin services to minimize the cost & maximize productivity.
• Budgeting: Support department’s annual Budget preparation.
• Interpret and communicate work procedures and company policies to staff.
• Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employee termination
• Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems.
• Support annual inventory for fixed assists.
• Planning and preparation of policies for attracting and Managing Human Resources in the company.
• Managing employee’s files in respect of Recruitment, Training, Insurance, and compensation and controlling of Attendance and absence as well as arranging Holidays and terminating Services.
• Implementation of The instructions and procedures adopted and issued by the company and the rules of internal System.
• The reception of new staff to apprise them of the company and its Regulations, instructions and work facilities.
• Planning, developing and implementation of mechanisms for evaluating the performance of company’s employees.
• The preparation of revealed monthly Salaries for all employees in the company.
• Contributing to the identification of the job description for posts (positions) and to inform employees and workers about their duties and rights.
• The preparations of recruitment ads and follow-up and the preparation of files and work applications for company’s departments attached with instruction and recruitment procedures adopted in the company.
• Representing the company before the judiciary and legal institutions as well as the management of other legal issues.
• Managing activities and business of legal Affairs in the company.
• Preparing, reviewing, final contracts and agreements on the behalf of the company.
• Contributing to the solution of differences and matters relating to investors and customers when the need.
• Provide guidance and consultations in the review of major contracts for the company and its various departments.
