Operate and maintain production equipment under supervision by experience associate.
• Weigh, measure, or check components/ materials to assure batches manufactured contain correct components/ materials and quantities.
• Maintain records and a clean environment to comply with regulatory requirements.
• Read, understand, and comply with Good Manufacturing Practices and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Properly completes production documentation (bacth records, logbooks, etc.).
• Reports to supervision when a process deviation occurs.
• Perform production activities including line clearances, cleaning, and operation of the filling equipment.
Meet with assigned BRO’s (Budget Responsibility Officers) quarterly to review their P&O, Capital and store reports and collaboratively establish efficient administrative process (e.g., GFO, accruals, P2P).
Use Sun Financial system and other required systems (e.g., DMS, e-Hub, e-UT, e-PD, Citi Direct) efficiently and effectively.
Establish effective and mutually beneficial working relationships with key PU staff. Establish effective working relationships with Tier 1 vendors - assure invoices meet requirements.
Act as the SPA for the Sun inventory module and assure PSCM work processes meet Finance team needs. Establish fit for purpose reports to help analyze and control the store accounts. Establish, monitor and record timely and accurately transactions to the store accounts.
Complete an annual physical inventory of the store inventory materials and prepare a report within 30 days of completion.
Prepare well reconciliations; well cost reports and journals to close drilling wells.
Prepare assigned account reconciliations quarterly and take action to clear variances before next quarter.
Assist with quarterly closings and preparation of financial statements.
Support the BRO during the GFO process and sign off on their inputs before consolidation.
Responsible of 4 accounting book, bank & cash, USD and JOD (from checking invoices, stickers, supporting documents and respect of financial procedures to imputation of vouchers in accounting system).
Check accounting vouchers in regards with budget entries (account, objective code, cost center.
Monitor the treasury situation in cooperation with the cashier and the administrator when needed (daily cash control, cash transfer request…).
Monitor the allocations (creation, update and follow up of AoE) in cooperation with the administrator and the cost center responsible
Assist the administrator in the preparation of the budget, providing info and reports on request.
Follow up of GVA comments and respecting the deadlines given to answer.
Keep a proper organization and filing of all accounting documents.
Prepares financial lists, statistics, upon request, analyze certain expenses fields, follow-up and proposes measure.
Duties inlcuded Review of operations or programs to ascertain whether results are consistent with established objectives and goals, and whether the operations or programs are being carried out as planned.
Checking whether such objectives and goals conform to those of the organization and whether there are being met.

B- Recommending improvement of management controls designed to safeguard company resources, promote company growth, and ensure compliance with government laws and regulations.
C- Reviewing procedures and records for adequacy to accomplish intended objectives, and appraising policies and plans relating to the activity or function under audit review.
During my work period at Al Mirjan International Co. I was in charge of preparing the financial statements (balance sheet, income statements & appropriations, cash flow).
Performing over all analytical review over income statement and balance sheet items (revenues & expenditures analysis).
Other duties included inventory Monitoring and supervision (performing physical inspection over the company’s Inventory to insure existence & make recommendation to the company’s management).
Another major task was financial management (monitoring the accounts receivable and the collections, monitoring the petty cash, .etc).
The following responsibilities were assigned to me:
1- Preparing & monitoring budgets.
2- Preparing the financial statements \{balance sheet, income &appropriations, cash flow\}.
3- Performing over all analytical review over incom statement items \{revenues & expenditures analysis\}.
4- Performing over all analytical review over balance sheet items and invesigating major fluctuation.
5- Personal & payroll managment.
6- Fixed assets management \{preparation, registering, performing physical inspection over the company's assets to insure existence, identify unused assets & make recommendation to the company's management\}.
7- Financial managment \{managing & monitoring the company's funf, selling foreign currencies, monitoring the petty cash, ....etc\}.
8- Following up the social security & tax departement issues.
