3. Company owned & managed Labor-camp of 185, 000 square meters with capacity 13, 000 occupants & includes Green area and Playground area of 25, 000 m2

• FM Department strength consists of 330 personal (7 Nationalities) 120 for electromechanical, 130 for security, 60 for Janitor, 20 for landscape & pest control in a verity of technical Discipline
A1 Hard Services
1. O & M of Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Fire fighting & Fire Alarm, Elevators, Gate Barrier, ATS, Weigh Bridge and GRP Water Tanks 18 No's with Different capacities from 24, 000 USG till 270, 000 USG and Diesel Generator 12 No's with Different capacities (from 450 to 850 KVA), CCTV, UPS, Scada, Access Control & all Civil works included minor concrete works, windows, doors, aluminum partition including painting, tiles, Marbles, Gypsum board, and Road marking.
A2 Soft Services
1. Security Works:- Scope includes protection of life, protection of property & premises. Prevention of loss waste & deterring of crime
2. Cleaning: - Including the janitorial and waste removal for Office cleaning, Toilets cleaning, interior, and exterior façade & waste removal work.
3. Landscape & Pest Control:- Landscape for the football and recreational grounds for (100x80m2), basketball & Cricket (170x80m2), and the green areas (5000m2) inside and outside the office with Accommodation Camps. The landscape works include an extensive irrigation system
Pest control by fogging & spraying machines for all areas & Buildings
4. Domestic Water Supply: - Varying capacities of water tanks fed either by Ministry Line or by Water tankers to accommodate the Daily water requirement (as an example: MAB site the total annual Consumption Domestic Water approx =24, 000, 000USG, Company labor camps 374, 633, 000 USG
5. Sewage Water Handling:- Underground septic tanks with removal by Ministry line or Sewage Tankers ( as an example: MAB site the total annual of Sewage Water approx =18, 000, 000USG, Company Labor Camp =302, 600, 000USG annually) consideration to the environmental regulations by segregation between Domestic & Industrial Sewage water and where to be dumping in the assigned area according to the approval by local Ministry authorities
6. Paramedic Service: - Including 24 hours paramedic & Ambulance Services
My main achievements:-
1- Reduce all costs & expenses for the company facilities by 20% approximately & the same happened by keeping all Hard & Soft services for the company facilities under one entity i.e. one cost center will take care of all company facilities with one budget instead of one budget for each enduser in the company ( 12nos end user )
2-Replace all soft services subcontractors by company staff to carry out all same soft services with the same performance, high quality & by consideration for all safety regulations
3-create a system to have a periodic test for water samples for all facilities on a monthly basis by a certified lab to make sure that the potable drinking water is within the MOH limits

1-January 2019 till date as Project Manager at Kharafi Construction Co. Operation & Maintenance and Facilities Management of Arraya Project as per the next: -
A- Arraya Centre of 36 floors/7209m2
1- HVAC System of 4nos. chiller x 830 tons, 4nos. cooling tower, all AHU, FCU with all related pumps.
2- Electrical system including all electrical rooms & panels and 2nos. Generator of 1200KW.
3- Fire Fighting system of two main fire pumps/1000GPM with jockey pump, Foam system&FM200.
4- Plumbing & water system (including domestic pump, water softener & boilers)
5- BMS Building Management System.
6- MMS Maintenance Management System.
B- Arraya Tower of 58 floors/1058m2
1- HVAC System of 3nos. chiller x 850 tons, 3nos. cooling tower, all AHU, FCU with all related pumps.
2- Electrical system including all electrical & panels, 2nos. Generator of 1200KW.
3- Fire Fighting system of two main fire pumps/1000GPM with jockey pump, Foam system&FM200.
4- Plumbing & water system (including domestic pump water softener & boilers)
5- BMS Building Management System.
6- MMS Maintenance Management System
B. From 15-10-2006 till 30-09-2007 Snr. Project Engineer for Facilities Management Works (Hard & Soft Services) for KN Sulaibiya Central Store, & ABJ Workshop, & KN Equipment Division.
also carry out all additional works requested by the endures after review & approval by engineering department by considering all safety with quality regulation
C.From 15-02-2005 till 14-10-2006 Snr. Project Engineer for Facilities Management
C1 Hard Service: - Operation & Maintenance of Kuwait Customs Facilities, Electrical. Plumping, A/C, Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm & Water tanks with different capacities and also civil works includes Minor Concrete works, windows, partition, doors with painting, marbles, Gypsum Boards C2 Soft Service:- Cleaning, Landscape & Pest Control
C3 All variation orders for all Customs sites including landscape with irrigation system for Soccer tournament at Sulaibiya land customs
since all variations orders should be executed as per the next procedures :-
1- an official request for VO (minor construction works ) is received from Customs admin. through the main contractor Mrs/ Global Clearinghouse Systems co.& the request should be very clear with full details of the requiremnts
2- after review and study the mentioned request in coordination with engineering & procurement departments
3- submit our proposal to the main contractor including the MTO, prices & completion time
4- after review the proposal with GCS before final approval to proceed
5- if needed, we can arrange a meeting with Customs & GCS to clarify any subject related the drawing, materials specifications with delivery time including materials approval & partial handover for every phases till final approval with test& commissioning if needed
D. From 03/09/2003 to 14/02/2005 worked as project engineer in Design, construction, Handing over, Furniture & Maintenance of His Highness Prime Minister Diwan Buildings at Sief Palace.
the scope of works include mechanical (plumbing & fire fighting works) for the new building
Additional for the above follow up the repairs works & all Planned Preventive Maintenance for the existing equipments inside the Palace
From 01/06/1998 to 01/08/2003 Head of Maintenance Department for all production lines (CONRAC Machine); overhead crane and built up steel section lines Fabrication and supplied for all non standard beams
Maintenance Engineer for light & heavy equipment & also using computer programs to organize all maintenance program with required materials in coordination with company warehouse
the scope of works is repairs works & overhauls
also operation and maintenance for water treatment station. (Pumps, Valves, Pipes& Fittings) water filter and water tanks
also arrange the materials procurement with the suppliers
Maintenance & Erection Engineer for all mechanical work in the following Projects:-
1- Water treatment station capacity 210 m3/h starting from raw water intake, machines room, chemical room, filtration room&etc till the final & included fire protection and plumbing system.
2- High water tank at 30 m high of capacity 500 m3 including water system & plumping works
3- Slaughterhouse production lines as installation Engineer & included fire protection and plumbing system.
4-All fabrication works for production lines including cutting, welding, frame assembly, gear box, rollers, casting furnace & etc
5-Maintenance Engineer for production line of copper and aluminum by using Propirzy continues casting method
The menioned factory used for all vegitables processes starting from raw materials delivery point till last point of the final product the raw vegitables start from cleaning, steaming, cutting, drying, freezing& packing in cold stores to be ready for transportation by cold store truck for distrbution.
My scope of work is the maintenance works for electromechanical like production lines, freezing tunnel, coold stores, cooling tower Boiler, air Compressor System, Electrical Fork Lift, Packing Machines, Water softener, Generators, Water supply system, Fire fighting& plumping System
Carry out all maintenance, repairs & overhaul works for small & big transportation buses .
The mentioned works included all mechanical, electrical, frame works with painting&etc
Degree in Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) Mechanical Engineering - May 1986. I spent 5nos years from 1981 till 1986 at the faculty of engineering - Zagazig University
