MEP Project Manager
Responsibilities
• Representing the Company and enhance relationships in dealings with clients, consultants and regulatory authorities.
• Preparing the project execution plan for management review and approval and manage approved plan to achieve project deliverables and timeline objectives
• Review contract documents and administer all issues related to the project technical and financial wise.
• Manage the project resources and expenses to achieve contract completion within budget and time frame.
• Preparation of the monthly payment applications to ensure timely payments is received from the customer in accordance with contract conditions.
• Lead and manage the project team to ensure timeframes and customer satisfaction are met.
• Liaise with the HSE and Quality Department for the preparation and publishing of project safety and quality manuals to ensure Company Health, Safety & Environment standards are met.
• Managing, monitoring the work progress according to the time schedule.
• Managing the design review phase and issuance of the correspondence letters &format notifications as required.
• Managing the production of engineering works related to the execution phase including the shop drawings, the as built drawings and calculation sheets to confirm the design requirements (head calculation, pressure drop calculation and HVAC load Calculations…etc.).
• Managing the preparation of material submittals in full compliance with the project specifications.
• Standardizing work practices as per quality management system and project quality plan.
• Coordinating the site activities between other trades / services and those of subcontractor’s scope of work.
• Preparing and submitting the monthly / weekly progress reports to client / company.
• Preparing final / close out of the project.
