I work within the team responsible for running Interconnect managed service at Saudi Telecom Company (STC).
• Interconnect Billing System Operation, administration, support and implementation (INTEC IterConnect (ICT v7.1 & ICT V8.0)).
• Design and implemented mediation rules Data acquisition, Normalization, classifications, filtering and distribution for national Traffic (ICT)
• Gathering customer's (STC) Information and different agreements.
• Review and Update Call Scenario Document.
• Design and Model ICT system to meet STC requirements.
• Implement products for national traffic for all services(Voice, Video, SMS, MMS, and FIX-GSM -Fixed ranges numbers from GSM Operator to home subscribers-)
• Testing by Artificial or real CDRS to test each agreement type.
• Perform stress Test (All mediation traffic).
• Develop any needed scripts and tools to facilitate our implementation.
• Prepare Customer Data and his agreements to match our design.
• Generate all reports required by business team

Telecom business unit-APG team & Interconnect team

Operating, monitoring, and maintaining APG system (Telecom Egypt)
• Performs corrective maintenance visits according to the customer needs during which he checks all related environmental conditions according to predefined procedures
• Monitoring APG system (at Telecom Egypt) and troubleshoot any problems
• Supports any calls from our customers and solve any problem they face
• Developing any new tools and applications required
• Enhance functionality of the APG processes by adding to or modifying already existing systems
• Execute all assigned tasks within given time period
• Communicates performance status during the installation phase to the Senior OSS Engineer and the Project Manager
• Prepares the Technical Documentation for this area and submits to Senior OSS Engineer for review and approval
• Prepares and submits periodic Progress Reports for the assigned tasks and sends it to the Senior OSS Engineer for review
• Installs and maintains all communications devices as assigned by the Senior Systems Engineer
• Provides input to the Senior Systems Engineer in regards to installation duration for input into the Project Implementation Plan
• Communicates occurring problems encountered during the installation phase to the Senior Systems Engineer and the Project Manager to foster prompt technical and/or commercial solutions
• Acts as the technical interface with the client in regards to any queries concerning the installation phase within his scope in the project
Operating, monitoring, and maintaining ITU system
• Monitor ITU system and troubleshoot any rising problems
• Add any new requirements due to customer demanding
• Generating customer-defined reports
