Supervise and control all activities in the plant "Rolling Mill", the main control system is PLC "CS 400" and "SCADA ".
Review all document s and drawing " cable schedule, cable route, hook up, instrument installation lay out, and update the all changing in the site to be as built, and supervise/control all activities in the plant .
I'm main member for pre-commissioning and commissioning and start up the plant.
1- Review/issue daily Maintenance schedules and verifies the work orders received in MAXIMO.
2- Plan instrument related shut down activities.
3-Prepare & follow up with area planner purchase requisitions and material requisition.
4- Work with vendors of instrument control system (BN, DCS, PROSAFE….).
5- Provide expert technical support.
6- Review and update maintenance procedures for instrument equipment and suggest procedures to enhance efficiency and practicality.
7- Follow up with supervisors to ensure availability of certified testing and calibration
Equipments.
8-Review and advice standard procedure for instrument calibration and maintenance that will be applicable in designated area.
I was member of AGD II plant pre-commissioning & commissioning and start up then maintenance for the following units and systems:
Fired heater for the process. 1-
2- Boilers.
3- TURBO EXPANDER COMPRESSOR.
4- Utility unit ( N2, Demin unit, instrument air compressor “plant air/ inst.air”
5- Metering skid.
7- Familiar with YOKOGAWA DCS and YOKOGAWA PROSAFE.
8- (HRSG).
9- SAT to SYSTEM "1" and BN 3500.
10- SAT to SUB SYSTEM related to DCS, (METERING
, CCC. F&G, MARKVI, SYSTEM 1, PAKSCAN).
11- SAT to METERING "ALDERLEY".
12- WOOD WARD system.
13- Steam turbines and pumps.
-Responsible for LACT unit & physical meter proving and provide final meter certification.
-preparing ESD integrity test for the plants.
- Responsible for maintenance activities of field instrumentation:
1-Control valves (FISHER, MASONELIAN) and ROTROK XV’s, MOV’s,
2- Flow meters (PD meter, OILGEAR, VORTEX).
3- ROSEMOUNT (LT’s, PT’s, FT’s, TT’s..).
4- Vibrations/temperature Probes, which are belong to BN.
And prepare spare parts.
-Testing of well head control panel instrumentation local Remote ESD and fusible loop.
- Periodic maintenance and 4000/8000 hrs overhaul activates for instrumentation on rotating equipments (Pump, Generators and Compressors).
- Testing and troubleshooting in Fire and Smoke detection System in process and non process area
-Plan the preventive and corrective jobs using IMMPower system (Maintenance and Material management) for transaction of WO, WR, MIV, MR and MRV
Pre commissioning, commissioning and start up gas station (AlnaJeeb station).
Working as a member in maintenance team in all gas stations (Arak, ALheel Debaiat).
