Responsibilities:
▪ Develop design ideas as per building (IBC 2009) & Saudi Aramco code analysis.
▪ Study feed drawings, develop Revit BIM model, and coordinate with other discipline.
▪ Coordinate design ideas with other professional’s discipline in BIM platform.
▪ Prepare Aramco Revit BIM template, parametric family, Annotations, Schedules, documentations, and MTO.
▪ Collaborate and coordination Revit architecture model with other Engineering disciplines to find out and solve clashes.
Projects:
• King Salman residential complex, maritime (LSTK project): A bunch of 14 no’s buildings prepared as per feed on Revit BIM modeling Collaborate and coordination with other discipline and submit 2D IFC drawing as well 3D model to construction support.

• City Commercial Port, Jazan, (Aramco): A bunch of 27 no’s buildings prepared as per feed on Revit BIM modeling and coordinate with other discipline and submit 2D IFC drawing as well 3D model to construction support.
• Sadaf Centralized Operation Building and Metal & Zone Shop Project, Jubail, (Sabic): one Operation building, one Mosque, two Metal shops building (steel structure base) preparing for IFC submittal on Revit BIM modeling with coordinate to other disciplines and submit 2D IFC drawing as well 3D model.
King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD), Parcel: 5.05 (24 Floor Office & 38 Floor Residential Tower cum G+3 Retail, Gross Floor Area 62550.0 Sq. M.) in Zone 3. Deal with the project specification and designs. Responsible for dealing with all aspects of project construction, approval of contractor and sub-contractor shop drawings, approval of contractor and sub- contractor detailing, inspection and approval of all schedules, inspection and approval of materials, etc., # As a client representative to coordinate & monitor progress and finish works in 5 Star Hotel in Information & Technology communication Complex ( ITCC ), Riyadh
Develop design ideas as per building (IBC 2009) & Saudi Aramco code analysis.
Coordinate design ideas with other professional’s disciplines.
Prepare information regarding design, specifications and materials take off, including schematics and cost estimates.
Develop Design on Revit Architecture BIN modeling & 3D Animation presentation.
Highly concentrate with health & safety base design.
