Ashraf Marzouk

Responsible for end-to-end ownership of the NPD process, with a strong concentration on NPD project planning and timeline management. Working closely with all functions to ensure NPDs are developed up to Zeina Group standards while on an efficient timeline.
- Develop the 3 and 5 year vision for category NPDs
- Defining opportunities and generating ideas for new product development, packaging enhancements, new service offerings, etc.
- End-to-end process owner of NPDs (including timeline management and stage gates)
- Collaborating with multiple functions to fully develop NPD business plans
- Work with all functions to create a roadmap for NPDs
- Work with marketing to incorporate NPDs into communications
- Work with technical ladership to build NPD support through supply chain
- Develop KPIs for Inno success in the organization
- Ongoing liaison with partners / 3rd parties
- Monitoring and analyzing competitor’s products and new releases
- Quality assurance in all technical fields, including consumers complaint management and internal audits
