Brief of MAIN Duties From 2000 until now:
• Receiving the requirements of all LOB's under the requested items i.e. IT, Office equipment's, new Projects ..etc.
• Reviewing the requested items versus the forecasted plans decided by all LOB's and the related Business Cases -If Any- to stand on the Feasibility of proper Investing.
• Grouping and Classifying the requested Items by Item then by LOB.
• Converting the requested items under the YTD Budget to monetary shape in view of the average forecasted market prices in addition to the expected price increase and the Suitable inflation Rate of the region.
• Negotiating any Variances +/- with the concerned LOB.
• Presenting the Budget to Finance for Final approval.
• Reviewing all CAPEX, OPEX and GENEX Expenditures and to consider applying of P.P and proper documentation.

• Head of Main Branch Lending Committee - Category (A) lending power (Based on decided lending approval to Head of Credit - dedicated from Senior Credit Officer)
• Main Member of H.O Lending Committee - Category (B) lending power (Based on securities Nature / Coverage and Votes of members)
• Member of Board semiannual Lending Committee - Category (C) lending power (Based on securities Nature / Coverage and Board Members Votes)
Most recent Duties (from 1991 to 1999):
• Attending the first meeting with the customers to get the proper impression / indication - within personal credit sense -, discuss financial needs, securing the necessary corporate documents and signing the delegation authorization of investigation.
• Secure the status of both Market investigation report and ACP of CBE.
• Review, comment and recommend on both investigation report (if needed) and the Corporate Financial status in view of ACP.
• Review or prepare (based on the case) the necessary analysis of Financial statements (Operating, PL, Balance Sheet and Cash in-Cash out flow) - i.e. internal financial structure ratios and turnovers, Current & liquidity ratios, profitability ratios, performance efficiency ratios, the turnovers of cash flow cycle, average days of collecting TB's etc- based on the activity sector - i.e. industrial, commercial, tourism, services etc.
• Stand on the short of liquidity (bottle Necks) of activity cash Cycle / Length and to prepare or review the recommended / approved credit ceilings.
• Measuring the sufficient covering ratio of decided ceilings to the temporary / permanent liquidity shorts (based on corporate business nature, internal purchasing and selling policies)
• Recommending / approving the decided ceiling and propose the necessary current and-or other securities i.e. commercial, real estate mortgage .etc securities based on the case and to cover totally or partially the flat / unsecured parties of recommended / decided ceilings.
• Preparing, recommending, and approving - based on the case - exceeding limits positions and extra securities to cover the excess.
• Monitoring periodically and on monthly basis positions of corporate and measuring the best utilization of decided ceilings.
• Monitoring classified accounts (bad and suspicious debts) and related collaterals / securities.
• Contribute in decision making regarding classified accounts (i.e. debts rescheduling, Legal actions etc)
