Duties and Responsibilities:
• Surveyed design plans for projects in New South Wales provided by Telecom Utility Providers (mainly Telstra and NBN) to
make sure that the infrastructure on site matches the utility provider’s plans.
• Liaised with customers/clients to issue permits, approvals, surveys and site visits to go through various projects.
• Finalised as-built plans for the completed projects capturing all costs.
• Coordinated meetings with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Rostered employees daily, assigning them to complete various projects.
• Reviewed completed works and initiated corrective actions when required.

• Integrated and supported MSAN Projects (Multi-Services Access Network), which is based on the IP-DSLAM technology
(Digital Subscriber Line Access Multiplexers) using NSN switches Hix5635/Hix5625.
• Cleared all technical related issues during client meetings.
• Managed reports, schedules, on-call critical outage troubleshooting & customer coordination.
• Configured and troubleshot HiX5635 and HiX5625 switches for XDSL (Adsl2+, SHDSL), and VoIP (Voice over IP)
• Completed configurations using ACI-E EM (Access Integrator-Ethernet Element Manager) GX 2.5 and 2.6
• Monitored and managed faults on DSL and NGN Access network elements (Huawei, Nokia-Siemens and Alcatel-Lucent).
• Operated Remedy Ticketing System (RTTS) for Surveillance Process.
• Supported end user troubleshooting and maintenance.
