• Cleared all technical related issues during client meetings.
• Managed reports, schedules, on-call critical outage troubleshooting & customer coordination.
• Configured and troubleshot HiX5635 and HiX5625 switches for XDSL (Adsl2+, SHDSL), and VoIP (Voice over IP)
• Completed configurations using ACI-E EM (Access Integrator-Ethernet Element Manager) GX 2.5 and 2.6
• Monitored and managed faults on DSL and NGN Access network elements (Huawei, Nokia-Siemens and Alcatel-Lucent).
