• Setting after sales KPIs and monitoring that include (P. Sales/UIO, MOS, RR, CPRO, OP, FR, etc…) for all Region Markets.
• Places plans to implement the rules and methods of AS DOS for Parts Business.
• Setting AS budget.
• Develop Management Information Report related to the AS Operations on a Monthly basis.
• Develop parts operation to minimize obsolescence, while increasing the Turn-Over Rate on parts supply.
• Conducts the relevant benchmarking studies in order to maintain the proper Nissan price positioning.
• Develop Nissan AS network to ensure the proper market coverage.
• Setting motivation plans for Dealers Network performance enhancement.
• Involve in setting Retail Pricing Policy with finance team .
• Reviews the dealers’ headcount and doing assessment to identify Training needs to enhance their capability and productivity.
• Performs immediate action for problem in order to achieve higher level of customer satisfaction.

- In charge of placing the AS Parts budget proposal to GM A.S
- Communicates with NML and NMEF for the Parts operation business requirements
- Develops Management Information Report related to the Parts Operations on a Monthly basis.
- Develops Nissan dealers’ network to ensure the proper market coverage
- Monitors dealers Credit levels and payments
- Introduces the Network and whole sales Pricing Schemes.
- Reviews the dealers’ manpower & recommend Training needs
- Sales Budget Plan
• Responsible for evaluating dealer capabilities and responsibilities
• Controlling of sales activities and in charge of their performance improvement.
• Set competitive pricing structure to maximize sales and Operating profit Margin.
• Responsible for evaluating the dealers network and doing the necessary actions to enhance their performance.
• Responsible for AS Parts budget.
• Anticipate the future needs of the market to define the reorder point, replenish the warehouse and ensure the availability of the parts.
• Awareness of market trends and competition's activities to actively compete and better serve customers.
• Set the Parts pricing structure.
• Responsible for evaluating dealer capabilities and responsibilities.
• Responsible for ordering required spare parts and handling negotiations with the suppliers for spare parts prices.
• Responsible for market evaluation for the studied spare parts and investigating the difference between the Grey market price and the published price of the Company.
• Responsible for setting AS parts budget.
• Generating periodical stock statements & other relevant reports to management.
• Controlling of sales activities and in charge of their performance improvement.
• Develop sales team's incentive scheme and remuneration system.
• Securing the spare parts availability for all covered workshops activities.
• Purchasing the required spare parts locally if not available.
• Investigating for other alternatives of the spare parts from the international OEM Producers.
