Establishing and managing the company’s operation in Saudi Arabia, preparing competition analysis and marketing survey for consultation business in Saudi market, as well as qualifying and hiring potential partners in Saudi Arabia. My responsibilities included developing the business plan for Saudi Arabia operation, creating the market awareness for Megacom in Saudi market, and following up the leads and coordinate the business process with the team in Egypt
- Established the dealers department in the company operating over 4 branches and covering the whole Kingdom with special focus on remote areas
- Development and implementation of dealers department policy, strategies, dealers agreement and incentive programs
- Planned and implemented many effective marketing campaigns for several events such as Back to school, Haj, summer and others
- Established a strong dealers network of 300+ active dealers
- Excellent control on receivables level
- Expanded product range especially in IT field with well-known brands such as Samsung, Epson, Acer, Daewoo and others besides well known office automation products under Hoshan such as Sharp and Konica Minolta copiers and faxes
- Won award from Epson for best Retail outlets development
- Running the wholesale business in three branches including sales, marketing, operation, and service activities for more than twenty well known brands such as Epson, Seagate, Compaq, Creative, 3 Com, Intel, Microsoft and others
- Handling the communication with suppliers that include strategic planning, increasing market share and repositioning brands in Saudi market, as well as regular business communication that include pricing negotiations, price protection claims, marketing fund claims, rebate claims, monthly forecasting, backorders follow-up and special pricing requests
- Preparing and implementing the business plan and annual forecasts for the whole sale as well as controlling expenses levels
