Duties and Responsibilities
•Fully in charge of the company and all of its Employees.
•Set plans and strategies to increase the percentage of the profit margins.
•Set and developed a sales action plans in order to increase Sales figures.
•In charge of getting new corporate clients and increasing the number of customers.
•Create a MICE department taking care of our corporate client's events and meetings.
•Training the employees and staff of the company on guest courtesy and how to treat valued customers.
•Train Employees all about the Tourism Alphabets through training courses on periodic bases.
•In charge of the marketing plan and was personally in charge of the mailing list and the E-Mail spam sent to our customers.
Duties and Responsibilities
•Business development.
•Setting Sales and Marketing budgets.
•In charge of Revenue management, maximizing the revenue on a daily, monthly and annual basis, Forecasting, positioning & Managing Reservations.
•In charge of the Reservations Department and keeping a day-to-day operations under control in terms of Groups, FIT’s and online bookings.
•Analyze sales statistics to determine business growth potential.
•Plan and manage internal communications and awareness of corporate direction, mission, aims and activities
•Direct the sales & marketing department to achieve objectives established in the company’s Strategic Plan.
•Set and developed a sales action plans in order to increase Sales figures & profitability.
•Seek out and targets new customers, new sales opportunities and new markets, initiates action plan to approach and secure new business for the company.
•Select and manage external marketing and media agencies.
•Senior responsibility for all Trade Accounts Receivables. Monitors A/R aging on a proactive basis with his personnel, coordinates with Credit Manager and Accounts Receivable Manager/Controller.
•Responsible for managing the sales team results. Interviewing, selecting, training and motivating the employees of the team.
•Coordinates sales operations with all other departments/divisions of the company.
•Develop and/or maintain and improves business relations with all customers of the Company.
•Maintain and develop corporate image and reputation, and protect and develop the company's brands via suitable PR activities.
•Represent the company at trade exhibitions, fairs & events.
•Review our own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets
•Set weekly, Monthly, three months and yearly rollup forecasts
