• Implemented standardized stock count process across 135 retail stores and 8 warehouses, reducing business
shrinkage from 6% to 3% within one financial year.
• Designed and implemented an efficient In-Transit Inventory management process, reducing document
closure lead time from 1 month to 4 days for (local) and 3 weeks for (Cross Border), while decreasing in-transit
stock from 500K units to 100K units.
• Introduced a streamlined process to manage no-barcode and unidentified Inventory, reducing annual
dependency on warehouse reprocessing (previously 200K units annually generated) by enabling In-store and
warehouse relabeling, improving operational agility.
• Restructured damaged goods handling by aligning with the companys off-price retail model, enabling resale
in stores at discounted prices, improving stock recovery and margin retention.
• Engage in implementation of the Oracle MFCS (Merchandising Foundation Cloud Service) for Inventory
module, supporting system standardization and process optimization.

• Responsible for inventory control and stock inventory accuracy for over 300+ stores and 5+ warehouses in the
GCC region.my responsibilities include justifying and analyzing all reports, as well as overseeing the KPIs related
to the document closure process
• Assured process and control of Inventory movement to MEGA-DC, Inventory assurance for eWMS Go-live
for all the warehouses.
• Successfully implemented the perpetual stock count module across various areas, such as Pharma, Sports
and Foods DCs.
• Enhance stock integrity across various business verticals, including Sports, Pharma, Food, Suncoast, by
implementing measures to reduce shrinkage ratios in stores, DCs, and Mega DCs. As a result, the shrinkage
ratio in the warehouse was decreased to an annual rate of 0.20%.
• Established a process and control framework for core activities across the business, specifically for the
Restoration department, which includes Damage Management, Unidentified Stocks Management, Scrap
Management, and more. This resulted in generating an annual revenue of approximately 1.8 million from
damages.
• Led the Implementation of the Tatmeen project in line with MOH standards, including integration with SAP
systems for Pharmacy divisions.
• Successfully cleared AED 4.5 million worth of expired and damage stock from the Pharma warehouse and
established a quarterly damage clearance process to ensure ongoing inventory hygiene and control.

• Responsible to execute the Inventory Accuracy project in retail busy and was able to improve the Inventory
accuracy in retail by 89%.
• I conducted and finalized the annual stock take, as assigned by management, and provided a
comprehensive report detailing the results.
• Complete the annual stock take that has been assigned by management and provide a report on the
findings.
• Engage in a systematic implementation of the EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) system across the
sports, food, cosmetic, and pharmaceutical divisions.
• Perform an analysis of high shrinkage variances and present the business with precise and reliable results
regarding any discrepancies identified.
• Carry out a reconciliation of the stock suspense accounts and calculate the actual stock shortage figure for
the fiscal year.

• Conduct a pre-stock count visit to the store and warehouses to implement stock count checks and prepare
reconciliations.
• Investigate and analyze the root cause of shrinkage, prepare management information system (MIS) reports,
and conduct business discussions with Operations Managers/Area Managers to identify opportunities for
improving the shrinkage ratios.
• Performed cycle count in 130 store locations and 10 Warehouse locations in Sports, Super care division.

• Conducted a comprehensive investigation and audit of all aspects of store processes, including but not
limited to store security and safety, regulatory compliance, record keeping, scheduling, etc.
• Carry out cash reconciliations and verified daily sales deposits and report cash variation.
• Manage store audit to ensure conformity with operational and monetary procedures defined in SOP.
• Audit the cash banking, sales and daily collection with system data base and analyses as per the company
policies. and procedures while conducting the store audit.
