Responsible of planning, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of all WHP projects for (GDN water treatment plants, preparation systems, AnchorMark powder/washing and filling machines, Luperini Powder handling machines, Steelco/Icos autoclaves and sterile washing machines, Clean rooms and HVAC systems). Support outside sales with needed drawings (P&ID schematics)
* Prepare technical and commercial offers for medium systems and spares.
* Develop system presentations and training sessions to customers.
* Establishing the project baseline metrics and parameters required to control the project during the implementation stage.
* Planning and defining projects scope and create WBS ( Work breakdown structure)
* Sequencing all activities.
* Resources Planning. Define best resources according to technical specifications, delivery/ execution time, payment terms and conditions.
* Developing time estimating, schedules and charts.
* Cost estimating and monitoring along project life cycle.
* Create and develop project documentation (O&M manuals, preventive maintenance plans, P&ID,
technical submittals)
* Analyse and manage projects risks and issues.

•Developing quality system and creating calibration lab for physical parameters according to ISO/IEC 17025.
•Generating & EXECUTING IQ/OQ validation protocols for industrial equipment and machines for pharmaceutical application.
•Preparing SOP ( Standard Operating Procedures) for calibration references.
•Commissioning, starting up and troubleshooting of machines and water treatment stations.
•Preparation and revision of commissioning, qualification documents, P&ID, URS and FRS
Managing VWS Service Department for the following operations:
- Developing, monitoring and controlling department procedures and policies.
- Building reliable and confident customer relation based on satisfaction.
- Project management of new water treatment plants by identifying stakeholders and successfully achieving their needs and requirements.
- Carrying on installation and commissioning of water/waste water treatment plants.
- Offering solutions, spare parts and service contracts to customers.
- Responsible for trouble shooting of water/waste water treatment plants.
- Preparing O&M manuals, preventive maintenance schedules.
- Ensuring continuous improvement process implementation
- Managing suppliers' selection & performance
- Managing POs, COs, subcontracts and tenders if required related to service department.
- Negotiating prices and contractual terms & conditions
- Maintaining healthy relationships with customers, suppliers and subcontractors
•Co-ordinate between Akhnaton Trading management and the companies that we represent, to fulfill our needs for technical information, spare parts, tools equipment, etc.
•Follow up and support the work (technically) of the project engineers, maintenance engineers and technicians.
•Performing technical trainings for our customers.
•Co-ordinate between Akhnaton Trading management and Akhnaton Engineering ensuring that mutual goals are met and problems are being solved promptly.
•Follow up on the customer's needs and co-ordinate between the customers, Akhnaton service center and the companies that we represent to satisfy the customer’s technical requests.
•Reviewing all technical correspondence of Akhnaton service dept. and ensuring correct and prompt follow up is being done.
•Responsible for preparing the maintenance manuals for the machines according to the manufacture technical instructions.
•Responsible for preparing spare parts quotations by communicating and coordinating between the companies we represent the financial division in the company and the customers' needs.
•Responsible for setting the weekly and monthly plans for the department’s engineers.
•Responsible for setting the annual training plans for the department staff.
•Meeting with the companies that we represent and discussing the technical problems and solving any pending issues.
•Reviewing all technical correspondence of Akhnaton service dept. and ensuring correct and prompt follow up is being done.
•Warranty Administrator: handling all the warranty cases for Akhnaton service center and our customers according to the procedures of the companies we represent
