Quoted prices, credit terms and other bid specifications.
I was responsible for creating and implementing a yearly Sales Plan and set target for the sales team of 6 persons as well as implementing and execute the events such as election campaign, awareness campaign and new product launch campaigns.
During this period I have supervised and managed the team through training and double visits

Through segmentation I was adjusting target to make sure that Service and delivery exceed customer expectation.
By managing all kind of BTL activists such as creative, printing, outdoors, Exhibition and else. I managed to Handle Saudi Aramco Account as well as Sabic Account with being a key account manager for House of Knowledge of Saudi Aramco with Cost of 9 Million SAR

Through this period I have been reporting to the Executive Manager and helping in Company Profile, website and social media as well
The Sales Revenue of the company exceed the target by 60% in the first 2 years and by 100 % over the rest until we reach a 12 Million SAR by Last Year.
• Continually promote company products and services to existing and potential customers.
Identify and pursue potential new opportunities.
• Executing market research, competitors and customer base. Work with Managing Director to develop strategies to establish prices that ensure customer satisfaction while maximizing profits and market share.
• Plan an advertising strategy based on the marketing plan. Implementing strategies to help find and maintain customers. And ensure timely completion of projects and goals.
• Following up on leads generated by marketing activities; telephones or visits potential customers to discuss needs and provide product demonstrations.
• Assists customers with ordering information and configurations; provides quotations on customer requirements and provides appropriate follow up.
• Follows up with customers after service delivered; verifies customer satisfaction and resolves any concerns.
• Submits reports to Managing Director; provides weekly activity/call reports, lost sale reports and monthly sales forecasts for assigned territory.
