September 1, 2008 - September 2010: Corporate customer service (CITISERVICE) :
-Working closely with all Dept. in our branches to ensure quick & smooth delivery for customer requests
- Preparing all reports required by customers.
- Reviewing all instructions sent by the customer.
-Handling all customer issues through mail and phone to solve their issues.
-Working with all dept. in the bank to ensure solving all issue for corporate customers.
-Working closely with relation managers to ensure meeting customer satisfaction.
-Obtaining necessary approvals to processed transactions that are missing controls or received after cut of time.

-Handling online banking support.
