Site Q. C. Engineer by SAMSUNG Corporation Company. Following all the landscape site activities \{15 km Sewer PVC pipe lines (D200 - D450 mm), 4.8 km Water PVC pipe lines (D75 - D315 mm) and 3.6 km Fire PVC pipe lines 16 bar (D160 - D300 mm)\}.

Performing all architectural and structure finishing for all project according to American standard & Specification ACI and ASTM (finishing, painting, damp-proofing and caulking work, sanitary and water work, ventilation and air condition work, Alum and wood work and landscaping)
Yard piping inside water plant.
Following lab activities through the project including materials acceptance testing.
Concrete testing, in-site compaction testing…etc.
Performing review of layout, shop drawing and submittals.
Materials inspection at warehouse after delivery.

LUXOR Waste Water Treatment Plant that included: -
Earthwork.
Construction of operation structures that
included: -
- Headwork.
- Distribution boxes.
- Influent pump station.
- Effluent pump station.
- Power building.
Installation of ductile iron piping.
Low-pressure air test and hydrostatic test for
pipelines.
Installation of HDPE liner with total lining area of
six hundred thousands square meters using
1.5mm thick. Liner, textured on both sides.
Follow materials acceptance by Q.C. Laboratory.
Working as Q.C. Engineer by Consultant Engineering Laboratories (CEL) office to make inspection and following all activities and materials used in gravity sewer lines and force mains with different types of pipes, performing testing and finishing of this works, materials inspection before storage during work, materials inspections for chemical, materials & accessories that used in civil work and apply each material where ever inducted an approved submittals or specification an finally follow up of office work & review of contractor’s invoices every month.
