I start my work from receive orders from our clients and sending to production and check with warehouse for availability and make all modification with client demand and additional orders and production shortage to obtain final situation and receive confirmation with payment and start my procedures with customs here in Egypt and prepare customs for our client's customs. Just received our payment in our Bank's Account, we send goods to Port or Air Port and follow up shipment until reach to our client with Good Condition; follow up our goods in client's Market to fed back production with useful Information.

in CFE (Crystal Fashion Elements) Departments

*** Later I share with my managers for making an annual budget for each year, discount list, price list and annual offer.
*** The most important points from my view which I have gained in this duration as the following:-
1) Most foreign deals in sales, Marketing, Export and Logistic.
2) Responsibility for big accounts like Asfour branch in Dubai and visit them a lot of times to organize our work.
3) Knowledge and skill in my dealing with a lot of foreign countries like:-

*** The important point that I worked in export department (For Stones) under a big pressure as we were achieving approximately $USD 12, 000, 000 per month for 8 years so; it was a great experience for me for working in this department which improves and enhances our experiences.
*** Now I’m working at Asfour Crystal as Export Section Head
For clearing this a "Supervisor" it means for me a mixed between manager and team leader in my position as I have to keep a policy of my esteemed company for dealing with Agent, Distributors and Customers and all my team who will apply the policies of Asfour Crystal which is including export prices and local prices and policy of discounts.
All of that I have to share and monitor for keeping in parallel both Asfour Crystal's Clients and Asfour Crystal's policy.
I have to be a good monitor for all my team's orders & shipments to gain the satisfactions for all customers Local & Export.

stocktaking in our big warehouse in Obour City & Alexandria; after that work as CARDEX responsibility for
Obour Show Room to follow up movement in Obour Show Room.
