All the INCOMING and OUT GOING Containers are updating in IBS CMM as well as in DSS.
Ensuring the high priority MRO’s like MICAP and TP 1 are picked and packed as early as possible.
Reporting all the summary of activities to the Manager on daily basis.
I was working with Agility Logistics since 02nd May 2004 up to Jul 2011. After the Contract is over, I got another opportunity in KGL logistics .
•Ensures operations are conducted as per the SOP’s and the IMS Procedures in place and reports on any deviations with suggestions, if any, to the Warehouse Manager.
•Promotes safety and ensures preventive maintenance is undertaken on the MHE’s and the infrastructure is utilized optimally.
•Coordinates and supports the Warehouse Manager in administrative tasks related to his shift.
•Reviews the handovers from the previous shift and the schedules for the day and delegates operational tasks to the Team Leaders.
• Reverts with suggestions, on any probable clashes and evinced constraints in schedule to the Scheduler.
•Ensures the effective completion of tasks and timely submittal of TOS and regular reports.
