Branch Management:
• Banking Operations and customer management
• Conducting regular sales and operations meetings and developing & implementing plans,
• Briefing employees on current plans, goals, promotions, and other relevant information of the Bank
• Increasing awareness for the Bank within the community of service area.
• Customer acquisition/retention and resolving customer problems as needed.
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations for the industry within state
• Assessing market conditions and identifying opportunities for growth.
• Drafting forecasts and business plans for market acquisition.
• Managing budgets, allocating branch funds, and defining financial objectives
• Coordinating with other branches to share knowledge, plan promotional activities, or achieve goals
• Adhering to high ethical and professional standards
• Evaluating employee performance and providing feedback and recognizing employee achievements and encouraging excellence in the work environment
• Organizing marketing activities and events for the branch.
• Branch MIS reporting to the Controlling Authority

CORPORATE FINANCE:-
• Appraisal of proposals of Rs. 50 Million & above .
• Evaluating clients’ credit data and financial statements in order to determine the degree of risk involved in lending money.
• Credit Rating Analysis on the basis of financials.
• Conferring with credit associations and references to exchange credit information on clients
• Preparation of Credit Monitoring Arrangement: Operating Statement, Analysis of Balance Sheet.
• Financial Ratio Analysis, Comparative Analysis.
• Risk Assessment, Business Performance, and Working Capital requirement.
• Completing loan application forms and submitting to loan committees for approval
• Compilation of Large Borrower's Data under XBRL platform to Reserve Bank of India.
• Liaison with Head/Zonal/Regional Offices for the information exchange.
• Coordination with development and Implementation team of the bank for XBRL based Financial Reporting System.

• MIS Reporting to the Middle Management.
• Management of operational data with ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• Assistance to the Controller in producing accurate and timely statements.
• Associated with Development & Implementation team of management software i.e. Crew Management System.
• Coordination with Rostering and Scheduling team of Flight & Cabin Crew.
• Emergency rescheduling of Flight management.

FINANCIAL PRODUCT SALES:-
• New customer acquisition and maintenance of existing pool of customer.
• Financial consultancy and sales of financial Products Mutual Funds, Insurance, Trading
• Portfolio Management services, Cross selling of related financial products.
• Handling of small team of relationship mangers.
• Financial solutions for existing clients base and pursue new clientele opportunities.
• Create presentations for potential and existing clients about their company's products & services.
• Ensure that clients are satisfied at all times and bring in repeated business by resolving any outstanding issues.
• Regular sales and operations meetings for developing plans for implementation.
• Sales target allocation and achievement on weekly/Monthly basis.

• Web Design and Development with Maintenance of fully functional websites.
• E-Commerce Platform, Search Engine optimization, web promotions, advertisement.
• Technical consultancy to customer and Direct/Indirect support to customer.
• Promotional activities regarding company services.
