Coordination with design and engineering team. Planning, scheduling, resources allocation.
Directing, leading and motivating workforce; imparting continuous on-the-job training for accomplishing greater operational efficiency.
Monitoring the Project schedule and highlighting critical bottleneck in the Project Plan.
Monitoring and executing projects with respect to budgeted cost, demand forecasts & time over-runs to ensure timely execution of the projects.

Erection, testing & commissioning of of HT breakers upto 33KV.
Erection, testing & commissioning of of HT (11 KV) panels.
Erection, testing & commissioning of of HT (6.6 KV) panels, which includes motor feeder, transformer feeder etc. (Make ABB), which includes relay testing, co-ordination, CT and PT testing etc.
 Installation, Testing & commissioning of Power transformers upto, 16/20 MVA (33/6.6 KV)
Installation, Testing & commissioning of HT Motors ranging from 300 KW to 450 KW.
Installation, Commissioning & Testing of EOT Cranes.
Installation and Testing of various motors. Submersible pumps and their starters.
 Installation and testing and commissioning of complete PCM (Pig Casting Machines) which includes two conveyors run by 30 KW Motors through AC VVVF Drives.
Installation, testing, and commissioning of charging conveyors included with ZSS, BSS and PCS switches and VVFD.
Installation, Testing, commissioning & Maintenance of 500 KVA DG Set (Make Cummins.)
