Was handpicked to manage post-award contract activities of growing number of contracts and also to close out the legacy of many executed contracts. Successfully achieved the objective by developing and streamlining procedures and guidelines and bagged my 3rd Spot Recognition Award in 4 years. Major achievements:
 Identified and streamlined post-award contracts administration processes and procedures
 Single window for consistent guidance on contractual matters to contract engineers placed with projects
 Facilitated financial settlement and close out of old completed contracts clearing backlog.
 Created a feedback system to cascade lessons learned to pre-award team to add value and clarity in T&Cs.

Was assigned the responsibilities of a high value strategic ‘Integrated Gas Development Project’ from the beginning of Execute stage. Meticulous tender planning, strategy formulation and tender handling of EPC and associated PMC, TPA, IVB, Insurance contracts led to award at less than estimated & very competitive cost. Carried on with contract administration of the project with no delay and very insignificant cost overrun. Was recognized twice with Spot Award.
