Duties & Responsibilities: Atmospheric Residue Desulfurization (ADRS), Vacuum Rerun Unit VRU & Utilities Unit Rotary Equipment Erection & Installation, Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning activities, Plant maintenance & Warranty.

•Preparation of construction planning, schedule & site activities related to Rotating equipment and monitoring daily site work.
•Reporting to Construction/Project Manager for overall site activities and progress. Plan construction activities along with Construction/Project Manager and Sub-contractors. Implement and administer site supervision activities related to Rotating & Package Equipment.
•Set up construction site organization plan for related discipline and interface with other disciplines. Issue discipline related Site Instructions.
•Implement and supervise review cycle of Material & Data Sheet, Method Statements, Technical Queries (TQ), Inspections.
•Execute regular site walks on HSE, QA/QC, costs and scheduling and compliance of project specifications, participate in site walks with, client, site management and sub-contractors.
•Support collation of final construction as-built documentation.
•Review daily progress reports from sub-contractors, prepare regular progress reports with input from construction sub-contractor's documentation.
•Daily inspection of site construction activities including dimensional spot-checks and execution of acceptances of the contractual scope of work of contractors.
•Review vendor design documents and coordinate with vendors during site activities (Installation, Commissioning & Start-up). Manage site supervisors, contractors and vendors in daily activities and establish effective system of communication on site.
•Supporting for the preparation of Technical Specifications, Mechanical Data Sheets, Technical Bid evaluation, Purchase Requisition and Inter-Departmental & Vendor Co-ordination.
•Approval and co-ordination for the FAT/SAT and other Project services for Rotary & Package equipment during project stage.
•Technical support/Troubleshooting for the Rotating & Package equipment during MRT or Defect.
•Co-ordinate with operations team for punch close-out and comply with the project requirements.
•Involved in root cause analysis (RCA) for the rotating & package equipment and solutions to the equipment reliability problems

Hull and Topside Rotary Equipment Erection & Installation, Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning and Start-up activities.

•Worked as Rotary Manager and performed duties to interface with project leaders and clients to define requirements and generate to maintain project site according to the design development documents.
•Supporting for the preparation of Technical specifications, Mechanical Data Sheets, Technical Bid evaluation, Purchase Requisition and Inter-Departmental & Vendor Co-ordination.
•Managed multiple packages simultaneously from project inception through commissioning and start-up as per project requirements.
•Technical clarification with vendor/suppliers and client.
•Meeting with clients and suppliers during bid clarification, pre-award and detail design stage of the equipment contracts.
•Executed vendor data review of technical documents for approval.
•Equipment handled; De-Ballast Pumps, Bilge Pumps, Service water Pumps, Portable water pumps & etc.
•Support pre-commissioning, commissioning & start-up site activities according execution plan. Site support for installation, alignment and inspection of pump, compressor, steam turbines, and other package items.
•Field engineering support to construction/commissioning team for drawing discrepancy, shortfall or damaged of materials, also follow-up for on time deliveries of that items and communication with the client/vendor regarding engineering issues.
•Co-ordinate with Client and related discipline for punch close-out and comply with the project requirements

Proposal and Detail Engineering activities for the Package & Rotary Equipment and Supporting Erection & Installation, Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning and Start-up activities.

•Technical clarification with vendor/suppliers and client. Meeting with clients and suppliers during bid clarification, pre-award and detail design stage of the equipment contracts.
•Preparation of Mechanical Data sheet, Material Requisition & Technical Bid Evaluation.
•Executed vendor data review of technical documents for approval.
•Responsible for the start-up and commissioning of the Fired Heater, Pump and Steam Turbine).
•Technical support/Troubleshooting for the Rotating and Package equipment during MRT or Defect.
•Supervision, monitoring and coordinating of all start-up/shutdown activities which include inspection and testing of plant on site as & when required.
•Deputed to sites for various locations for site support and troubleshooting
