• Laboratory set up with installation and operation of all modern software base sophisticated instruments.
• Preparing the SOP for analytical testing procedures, PM of the instruments, to maintain SQC, TQM, QMS, developing STP, GLP.
• Imparting training to the subordinate staff as well as interaction with the superiors for the development in all the aspects for smooth running of the laboratory.
• Project studied for the Recovery of Iodine from the vent of Phosphoric acid and FSA.
• Assisting the Superintendent-Lab.
• Responsible for ensuring quality of raw materials, intermediate products and finished products of Petrochemicals (Caprolactam, Benzene, Cyclohehanone, Cyclohexanone Oxime, MEK Oxime, Naptha, Natural Gas). Fertilizers (DAP, Urea, AS), chemicals (Ammonia, Sulfuric Acid, Phosphoric Acid),
• Working experience for Ammonia Plant control Laboratory.
• Working experience up to Dy. Manager for the Commissioning and plant performance activities associated with Caprolactam for 20 years.
• Working experience for the Commissioning and plant performance activities associated with DAP, Steam Generation - Water Treatment plant control laboratory.
• Wide experience of modern software operated sophisticated instruments includes GC, AAS, UV- VIS spectrophotometer, Karl-Fischer, TOC, Auto Titrator, AD, IC, Flash Point, Calorimeter etc. includes Operation- Trouble shootings- Preventive Maintenance
• Associated with IMS includes ISO, EMS, OHSAS, RCMS, SAP, LIMS work. Knowledge of ISO 9001/14001/18001 standards
• Preparing the SOP for analytical testing procedures, PM of the instruments, to maintain SQC, TQM, QMS, GLP, developing STP,
• Inventory control and procurement.
