• Monitoring staffing service for the organization, interviewing potential candidates & managening the onboarding of new employees
• Source candidates, evaluate applicant qualifications, phone screen, schedule/conduct interviews and check references, build and extend competitive offers
• Handing a team of 7 Members, Introduce new hires to the company and walk them through the hiring and training process
• Be responsible for the entire recruitment lifecycle from intake call/sourcing through offer stages
• Maintain and uphold Talent Acquisition process workflow and compliance
• Be the primary negotiater & closer with the candidates
• Present ongoing requisition updates both written and verbally to the HR Business Partner, Controller and Business leaders.
• Act as a thought partner, advisor, and consultant to Executives, Hiring Leaders, and HRBP’s
• Review and analyze resumes using our in-house ATS software program
• Scour job search websites for potential recruits and contact those candidates personally
• Serve as an employee advocate for new hires as well as established employees
• Complete all new-hire paperwork with candidates who meet the expectation of the job
• Screen, evaluate and qualify candidates, including conducting in-depth candidate interviews to develop a deep understanding of candidate qualifications and competencies.
• Sourcing candidates from various job portals i.e Monster, Naukri and networking tools such as Linkedin.
• Updating and reviewing of resume database and end to end recruitment process, which includes Sourcing, Phone screening, Scheduling Interviews and negotiations.
• Involved in re-sorting & screening the resumes, closely working with Operation Manager for scheduling Meetings/appointments with the candidates.
Negotiating & convincing candidates to accept the offer and make them join as soon as possible.
• Coordinating the various rounds of meetings, final interviews and follow up etc.
• Responsible to provide quality resource after technical screening, salary discussion, Induction and acceptance of movement based on project requirement.
• Worked on various Junior, Middle, high level, Contract positions in IT/ Non IT/ ITES.
• Responsible to take daily updates from client HR Team & Business Developer.
• Maintaining database and excel sheet tracker for sourcing profiles, status of the candidates and other activities
• Maintaining data about the Interview schedules, offered candidates, pending joiners, status of the candidates.
