My role was to support the system through Business development in the Specifier Segment i.e Key Influencer like Architect/Builder and End Customer at times.
The profile also includes Generating leads, Team presentations to Architect and their team, Managing the Database, Technical support to the team and product training.
Direct sales of all kinds of properties Sobha Developers to the End customer and corporate clients.
It included meeting the client for a presentation on benefits of buying the property, Site visits & also lead generation
Role included interaction with Relationship Managers in corporate's for putting up stalls at their office where we could approach large number of IT Professionals and serve their Real estate needs which included property management, buying/renting of apartments, plots etc,
