Working as an Senior Process Improvement Engineer in "Saudi Aramco and Dow Chemical Company JV" (SADARA) since November 2013. The assigned role is to identify opportunities to improve the plant performance and create value by initiating business opportunities plans to conceptualize CAPEX projects with front end process design and provide technical support. Diferent plants were supported since 2013 including Aromatics, Steam Boiler, Thermal Treatment Unit, Storage tank farm and Infrastructure & Pipeline including custody meters. At present assigned to Mixed Feed cracker as Senior Process Improvement Engineer.
•Had worked with commissioning and start up team for preparing and reviewing commissioning and start up procedure for PyGas Hydrogenation and Benzene/Toluene Extraction Unit
•Carried out inspections of column, vessels and tanks during commissioning and during plant TA
•Catalyst loading for Hydrogenation and Acetylene reactor
•Diferent challenges or design flaws had been overcome by correcting design defect with process engineering solution and its execution in short period of time
•Improvement idea evaluation and prioritization using TICA (technology implementation for competitive advantage) tool based on its Economic benefits
•Perform cost estimation economics behind any idea and prioritize according to usability
•Evaluation of Economics, NPV and payback period behind idea and implement according to requirement and priority
•Expertise handling diferent Process safety related tool like LPP, LOPA, RCPHA and HAZOP during project feasibility
•Get involve perform all Process Engineering work in plant e.g. Simulation, optimization, LOPA, HAZOP, LPP gap assessment, data monitoring etc.
•Prepare techno feasibility study for any new proposal
•Well acquainted with Reality charting tool for RCI, Lead few RCI for root cause investigation for plant issue
•Calculate plant Asset Utilization and find out opportunity evaluate technically and initiate project
•Lead Improvement group for Hydrocarbon for idea evaluation and prioritization
•Provide technical support to other area Process Engineer to review data sheet, P&ID and economic evaluation

Worked as an Aromatics Technologist in Reliance Technology Group at Navi Mumbai
•Monitors the plant production, consumption and checks performance by analyzing process parameters.
•Evaluate various Technology options for new Para-xylene project.
•Technical Bid Evaluation and Preparation of Enquiry documents of various catalysts, Adsorbents and Clays for cost optimization.
•Technical proposal Evaluation and selection of catalyst based on cost & performance.
•Plant De-bottleneck/ Revamp study, Process Equipment feasibility check and Preparation of detail material and component balance for new schemes.
•Field support for plant Pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up and turn-around. Participation in Hazop, PHA and What-If analysis of new as well as existing facility.
•Co-ordination with diferent Licensors and Vendors for process and catalyst up gradation and plant & equipment troubleshooting.
