Assess customer business priorities, current challenges, architecture and environment and present back findings aligned with best of breed technical solutions to accurately meet their needs.
Create and develop GTM propositions with Marketing and Professional services management team to drive services revenue.
Colloborate with Microsoft sales teams and solution sales teams and internal Insight account directors to secure and win business
Respond to and actively assit Bid mangers and client directors in repsonding to tenders and RFP in both public and private sectors
Successfully delivering technical projects in public sector such as the NHS as well as SME and large global Enterprise clients.
Desktop Transformation Technical Lead overseeing the trust wide desktop transformation project to over 3, 000 end users using SCCM 2012 and Windows 7 SOE.
Working with the technical design authority and third party hosted providers, key stakeholders and internal IT team and PMO team to ensure a smooth migration across the Trust.
Leading internal workshops to define and gather requirements and identity obstacles to a successful outcome.

Compiled a 7 year high level plan for cost reduction which would see the trust reduce costs by £902, 000 over 7 years.
Technical consultant enaged in technical transformation projects largely for NHS client base.
• Built POC SCCM 2012 solution for a group wide overhaul of the existing SCCM 2007 independent environments spanning over multiple countries
• Proven delivery expertise from cradle to grave of complex high profile managed services implementations (circa £150k budget) of constructing shared services infrastructures servicing various departments internationally.
• Constructed the business proposal\costs \design and also completed the migration of SMS 2003 to SCCM 2007 companywide of all SMS clients (5000 +) to start managing Windows 7 clients
• Successfully built and delivered a mobile solution to migrate 500 laptops to Windows 7 at a sales kick off event at short notice using MDT 2010/USMT/DHCP. Received an award for my contribution on this project which was designed and delivered within two weeks to comply with Microsoft TAP programme
• Assisted in the delivery of the VMware Virtualcenter infrastructure part of which saw the conversion of over 400 physical servers bringing down resource costs and allowing consolidation of the server estate
• Led a team of three in the construction of the new Group SCCM environment which manages all Group devices. e which enabled central management of devices in Germany/UK /Spain and the United States
• Pioneered the design and implementation of a £70, 000 departmental development VM environment which now consists of over 400 virtual machines which significantly reduced physical hardware and resource costs. Organized a presentation and training for our entire development department on the use of this new technology.
• Proposed and introduced emerging Private cloud technology to curtail VM sprawl and better manage and ascertain costs and delegate VM self provisioning as well as configuration management and lifecycle management of all 4 VSphere environments in UK and Germany.
