• Responsible for consulting, support, configuration, setup on Siebel CRM Coordinate with the other functional and technical teams to test the business functions of Siebel applications.
• Involved in the preparing technical proposal for RFP documents.
• Involved in preparing the POC environment for the project requirements.
• Involved in requirement gathering, understanding the customer business process and providing solutions. Involved in identify and resolve problems in Siebel CRM business flows.
• Document business processes and translate requirements into system solutions.
• Technical mentoring and ensuring smooth delivery in the given timelines.
• Developing technical specifications for developers to start the build.

Corporate Trainings delivered on Dot Net Framework 2.0 and 3.5, Linux, Advance office 2007, Windows Forms, ASP.NET, C#. Net, Web services, SQL Server 2005.
Delivery of Trainings to group of students including ACCP-I7 (4 years career course) by class room as well as practical training by constant updating their skill set. And also help them to make online project for the year end exam.
Handled role of Examination In-charge, conducting an online exam for the student and faculties. Creating Certificate reports. Maintaining all the ISO Documents related to the examination in charge post.
Maintaining and Administrating Client and Server computers, Access Control, Email Configuration and Maintenance. VUE and Parametric Admin, ICDL Tester. Installation and configuration of Windows and Linux OS. Handling Lab Complaints. Maintenance of Projectors.
